Why companies such as Google, Microsoft and Amazon are constantly buying and killing such a great products?

There are many answers.

This time I will provide my product point of view in one sentence:

Successful companies don't serve “products”. They serve customers.

Customers, not products, is the main focus of successful company’s strategy.
